Affected users will be notified via their registered email with a clear explanation and the necessary steps to appeal or reinstate access. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently.

These assets are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial redistribution, or deceptive use of any Hope Hand brand assets for personal gain is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate platform bans and legal action.
b) Donor & Beneficiary Data Ownership: All testimonials, personal stories, images of beneficiaries, and data submitted by users remain under strict protection. Hope Hand Foundation does not claim ownership over individual volunteer stories or donor materials, but holds exclusive publishing rights for awareness campaigns as agreed. All media involving vulnerable communities is heavily guarded by non-disclosure protocols and our strict Child Protection and Privacy Policies.
c) Reporting an IP Violation: If you believe that any content, image, or material managed or published on our platform infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please submit a formal written notice to our legal team at legal@hopehand.org. Your report must include a clear description of the copyrighted work, the specific link or location of the alleged infringement, and your verified contact details. All valid claims are reviewed and addressed within 5 business days.
