How Your Donation Builds Wells In Rural Africa

When you donate to our clean water program, your contribution goes through a careful, transparent process — from site assessment and drilling to community training and long-term maintenance planning.

Each well costs approximately $9,500 to complete and typically serves between 3,000 and 4,500 people for over 20 years. Local water committees are trained to maintain the pump systems, ensuring the investment lasts well beyond our team's visit.

"Clean water didn't just save us time — it saved our children's health and gave our girls the chance to finally attend school." — Amina, Turkana Village

Beyond the wells themselves, we also run hygiene workshops that have reduced waterborne illness in supported villages by over 60% within the first year.

The Long Term Impact

Every well we build is monitored for five years after completion, with quarterly water quality testing and pump servicing included in the program budget.
